Athletic Engine

The RX Nation is about the power at the heart of not only physical performance, but also the inner drive that is in all of us. Every training session, every new challenge and success is a new step on the road to progress, where mental and emotional strength also contributes to physical endurance.

About us

Meet the RX Nation team

Our team consists of eight highly qualified professionals with a background in elite sport, all of whom
dedicated to getting the best out of you. A carefully planned, thought-out training programme is important to us, as the right thematic approach is the key to progress.

Alongside professionalism, fun training sessions and community workouts will keep you energised.

Cross Beginner

A four-week programme, ideal for beginners, focusing on establishing correct movement patterns and safely learning the basic exercises, supported by supplementary exercises.

Cross Intermediate

A two-month (2×4 week) programme for those who want to take their basic exercises to a higher level. The workouts include cardio development and learning Olympic weightlifting techniques.

Cardio

To make the exercises sustainable - for long periods of time and without decline - it is necessary to train the circulatory system. We put ergometers and running at your service.

Gymnastics

Resistance exercises are all about getting to know your own body and moving it correctly. Gymnastics is the first bastion of coordination.

Olympic weightlifting

As an integral part of the programming, the Olympic weightlifting exercises are used to develop dynamic strength and increase explosiveness. The two main exercises are the snatch and the pick-up push.

Cross

High-intensity functional training, using strength exercises, coordination exercises and ergometers to train the cardiovascular system during the classes. The training method combines the movement material of traditional Olympic sports, preserving the tradition of competitive sports while presenting a variety of movement patterns for all ages.

Beginner gymnastics

Gymnastics is based on natural human movements. The mobility we had as children is lost as adults, so the aim is to regain it.

To awaken the muscles and nervous system, to teach our bodies to move correctly again. This is what the beginner’s gymnastics class is all about. We will teach you the basics of body weight exercises and movement patterns, which we will later take to a higher level in advanced classes. Later, we build on the basics and specialize in the exercises used in CrossFit.

Advanced gymnastics

A wide range of gymnastics and gymnastic elements, with supports, suspensions, dynamic and static exercises. The aim is to develop core strength, body control and movement coordination, to develop movement coordination and to master and perfect specific gymnastic elements used in crossfit

Body pump

Body-pump s and strength development in a “full-body” programming. Important! You can participate as a beginner or advanced.

If you are new to functional training, the first priority is to master the basic exercises, and if you are a “seasoned competitor”, you can concentrate on strength development and isolation exercises used in bodybuilding.

Gábor Török

You can see Gábor in CrossFit since 2015. His competitive ambitions have stretched all the way to the CrossFit Games (World Championships) in 2019.
He acquired the basics of his professional knowledge at the University of Physical Education and then trained specifically in functional training and CrossFit.
In 2024 he was elected President of the Hungarian Functional Fitness Federation (HUN F3). He was responsible for the first IF3 Functional Fitness Super World Championship in Budapest.

As the owner and head coach of RX Nation, his goal is to develop the athletes in the gym in a fun community under the guidance of a high level professional staff.

Levente Pál

He acquired the basis of his professional knowledge at the University of Physical Education. He has been coaching for ten years, focusing on gymnastics, gymnastics, acrobatic basketball and personal training.

He was a member of the Cirque du Soleil circus troupe in Las Vegas for one year. He is currently a member of the Face Team acrobatic basketball team.

Péter Kiss

Peti came into the CrossFit world in 2009 as a true sportsman with a background in water polo and football.

From 2011 he worked as a professional coach in Szolnok and continued his career in Budapest in 2017. Behind his sometimes military style, we got to know a man that everyone loves.

Levente Póka

Levi’s athletic foundations were laid in football and folk dancing.
In 2020 he was introduced to Functional Fitness and the CrossFit training system.

In 2024, he also obtained his CrossFit Level 2 qualification, which brought him even closer to mastering the psychology and practical system of coaching.

Ágota Nagy

After ten years of competitive swimming, Ágó was introduced to the world of functional training. After obtaining her coaching qualifications, she is now putting her knowledge to good use in group lessons and personal training.

Károly Széni

He started his career as a professional athlete, then switched to functional training methods, and finally in 2018 he was introduced to CrossFit as a sport and training system. He gained knowledge in programming and technical fundamentals, and then turned his attention to nutrition, recovery and rehabilitation.

He entered the coaching world from a multinational environment, where he is involved in running and judging national and international Functional Fitness and CrossFit competitions, in addition to obtaining the relevant qualifications. Hhe applies and utilises this valuable experience in both his group classes and personal training sessions.

Róbert Kajdi

Robi started his career as a weightlifter at the age of 10, and from the age of 13 he spent 12 years in bodybuilding, during which time he developed his knowledge of nutrition.

He has been in the coaching profession since 2012, starting his career in Germany as a Crossfit group coach and personal trainer.

He acquired the basis of his professional knowledge as a molecular biologist and biochemist at the University of Debrecen, and then trained specifically in personalised nutrition, functional training and CrossFit.

Ágnes Cseh

Ági was introduced to CrossFit in 2016 and has been working as a trainer and rehabilitation specialist since 2020. She is constantly training and developing herself to improve the quality of life of the people she works with and help them achieve their goals.
